On the heals of their very successful SD9K electronic drum set, Simmons has just released the new SDMP1 digital multi pad electronic drum set. This  new offering from Simmons is very similar to the Alesis Performance Pad, but looks to have a few more features than it closest rival. For about $250.00 you get:

USB port: USB2.0 full speed for PC connection: Data download from and upload to PC software
