New at NAMM from Roland is this new sound isolation system called NE-10 & NE-1. The purpose of the isolation system is to reduce the vibration through the floor caused by the impact of the bass pedal beater or Hi-hat pedal bottoming out. The NE-10 is a pad designed to be placed under the pedal bass & trigger / Hi-hat foot board and the NE-1 are small round isolators designed to be used with the Roland KD-140/KD-120 kick triggers or for use with a hi-hat stand when using the Roland VH-13/VH-11 hi-hat controllers.
