This is a follow-up to my Hack For A Drum Module? I found this web site while surfing the other day. They take a Yamaha DD-11 and convert it to a midi trigger interface. It goes a little further than I did, by putting the guts of the Yamaha DD-11 into another enclosure. It is a great article, so if you get a chance, take a look.
