DITI now EVE (Alternate Mode) at NAMM 2014!

Published on January 9, 2014 by in Drum Modules

Information provided by a DMdrummer.com forum member has stated that the long anticipated DITI (Drum Intelligent Trigger Interface) has been renamed “EVE” which is the TMI (Trigger Midi Interface) portion of a TMI/Sound module combination. The new sound module will obviously be called “ADAM”. The above picture is the last know configuration of the DITI. You may remember that Hellfiredrums.com was one of the first to tell you about the DITI back in 2010 (The DITI, Drum Intelligent Trigger Interface, TMI). It’s not 100% clear right now if ADAM & EVE will be under the Alternate Mode name. The good news is ADAM & EVE will be at winter NAMM 2014. It will be shown at the KAT (Fender) and Aquarian booths.

UPDATE (1/10/14):

From Vdrums.com:

A quick call to AM did clear it up. This is what Mario explained: “the DITI will be at the Aquarian booth. It is an FSR powering trigger to midi converter with real power. KAT (KMC) will have its own version of the DITI called EVE, because they are introducing a sound module called ADAM.”
